8447 patients from Sixways Clinic have now had their first Covid-19 vaccination. This equates to 93% of those eligible (now aged 16 and above). A further 7644 patients have also received their second vaccination which equates to 84% of those eligible.
We are continuing to invite those patients aged 16 and above for their first vaccination in addition to inviting those now due for their second vaccination. Please do ensure that anyone aged 16 and above is aware they are now eligible and can contact our booking team on 01242 903614 to make an appointment as we are finding it challenging to contact the 16 and 17 year olds as we do not have many mobile numbers for this age group on record.
When invited please respond to the text invite asap to book your appointment or to decline if you have decided to go through the NHS central booking site (that gives you access to mass vaccination centres and some pharmacies). This then enables us to swiftly invite other patients to ensure that no vaccine is wasted. We are seeing a slowing of patients taking up their invite for a vaccination and would ask all patient to consider this carefully as this may affect your ability to travel etc. in future.
Invites from us are for booking at the Cheltenham East Fire Station only. This site may only be available for booked appointments for a limited time so please do take up your invite promptly.
