ANDOVERSFORD SURGERY

Open 11.30am Fridays only.
The address of Andoversford Surgery is 40 Station Road. Patients from Andoversford and its outlying area may be seen at this surgery. To make an appointment with a doctor telephone 01242 223810 (option 2). Please note: if you require any medical examination you will need to attend the main surgery in Charlton Kings; the clinics held at Andoversford are for minor problems only.
Note: These appointments are limited and are subject to the availability of doctors.

Out Of Hours

On weekdays between 6.30pm and 8.00am the following morning and throughout weekends and Bank Holidays, you should call 111 and you will be transferred to the out-of-hours service. Contacting this number will put you through to specially trained NHS staff who will make sure that you receive the appropriate advice and help quickly. This service is provided by Harmoni commissioned by NHS Gloucestershire.

At other times when the surgery is closed, for example during staff training sessions, you can contact the duty doctor by calling 01242 223810 (option 1).

This service is intended for SERIOUS OR URGENT cases only. You will either get the doctor direct, or a message will give you a number to ring. Do NOT try ringing other numbers first. If there is no response after 20 minutes please telephone the above number again to check that your first call was registered.
