Please note: if you require any medical examination you will need to attend the main surgery in Charlton Kings; the clinics held at Andoversford are for minor problems only.

Out Of Hours

On weekdays between 6.30pm and 8.00am the following morning and throughout weekends and Bank Holidays, you should call 08454 220220 and you will be transferred to the out-of-hours service. Contacting this number will put you through to specially trained NHS staff who will make sure that you receive the appropriate advice and help quickly. This service is provided by NHS Gloucestershire.

At other times when the surgery is closed, for example during staff training sessions, you can contact the duty doctor by calling 0844 477 2551 (option 1).

This service is intended for SERIOUS OR URGENT cases only. You will either get the doctor direct, or a message will give you a number to ring. Do NOT try ringing other numbers first. If there is no response after 20 minutes please telephone 0844 477 2551 again to check your first call was registered
