Practice Staff
To support the doctors there is a back-up of nursing and administrative staff. Practice manager Miss N Hall leads a team consisting of a finance manager (Mrs J Martin), an office manager (Mrs L Jones), a medical secretary and receptionists. The doctors employ four part-time, fully qualified nursing sisters plus a health care assistant at the clinic. Employed by the Primary Care Trust, but attached to the practice, are eight community nurses who include three health visitors and five district nurses, plus clerical support.
Please note: district nurses only visit housebound patients.
