Asthma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Clinics

Child Health Surveillance
The children are offered health checks, vaccinations and immunisations. We recommend full immunisation for all pre-school children. Our attached health visitors have a clinic on a Thursday. Please ask at reception for further details.

Our Practice Nurses offer Travel Clinic consultation to help with vaccinations, medications and advice for safe travel. We are also a registered Yellow Fever centre. Ideally travel appointments should be booked a minimum of 8 weeks before you plan to travel. Please bring information regarding your travel plans and destinations with you to your appointment.

We have had confirmation that ear syringing is not a service covered by the current GP contract, and as such we will no longer be offering this service at Sixways. Patients who have an issue with ear wax will receive an appropriate referral from the GP to access alternative services.
