How Do I... Make An Appointment?

Appointments may be arranged by calling 0844 477 2551 (Option 2) Monday to Friday between 9.00am to 12.30pm and 2.30 to 5.30pm. If you wish to book a doctors’ appointment, please ask the receptionist for the next available appointment with your usual doctor.

If you need an earlier appointment than this for any reason, please tell the receptionist who will offer you the next available appointment with any doctor. If you feel that your condition will not wait until the next available appointment, please tell the receptionist, who will add you to one of that day's surgery lists. This may necessitate you being asked to sit and wait until we can fit you in around our pre-booked appointments. We have a nominated duty doctor who will deal with genuine emergencies immediately.

If the appointments line is closed and you need an urgent appointment please contact the reception via general enquiries. The doors are closed between 1.00 and 1.30pm Monday to Friday. Please inform us if you cannot keep your appointment, so it can then be offered to another patient.
